Octoberfest 2010 @ One Utama

Do you like beers? As for me, I don't really like beer, except for German Beer - Hoegarden!! Well, we all know that October is the most happening month for Germans as they are celebrating the OctoberFest enjoying drinking beers and eating sausages, singing & dancing!

I was invited to attend the OctoberFest early this month by my supplier. In fact, they are organizing the Octoberfest once a year on every first Friday of October and it is usually at Euro Deli @ Jalan Yap Kwan Seng!

Of course this is not the highlight of the day! Today I would like to share with German's beer lovers on the coming OctoberFest celebration in One Utama! If you are One Card member, you will enjoy even more!!

New Make-over on my Blog!!

Have you notice there is a change on my blog's background? In fact for the past few months when my Blog had suddenly turned plain pink, I was so upset and tried to restore the background but failed!

Until recently I complaint to my hubby that my blog was so plain and could not restore the background! Here it is today! Hubby gave me a surprise on the new background for my blog! The sunny day and blue sky is what I am looking forward and it had actually brighten my day!

What a good day to start with for me... Hope this will brighten up your day as well!

Camera in Pink!!!

Go pink! Go pink! Again, Oct is pink month ~ The Breast Cancer Awareness Month! You can see pink ribbon everywhere!

Sony had also bring us the good news of having the NEX series in Pink Color! Although this has nothing to do with the pink month, it's just so coincide with the Pink Month where the news was spread!

Well, I guess the female camera users had been increased throughout the year and Sony had noticed the significant numbers which is still counting, therefore, in order to conquer the female market, they got to come out with more pinkish and sweet colors! Trust me, the pink from Sony is always be an attraction! You will never want to take your eyes out of it!

This pink NEX-3 will be launch in November 19, 2010 and tentatively priced at ¥80,000 ($975)! Wow... it's so expensive! Everyone is waiting for it! What's more? I guess they will definitely launch the matching color accessories as well in order to have the whole set of pinkish, sleek and trendy looking camera!

Imagine yourself carrying a pink NEX-3 snapping photos... haha... it's so cool!! Shall check it out during my next trip to Japan!!

Poco Homemade

Couple weeks ago, I saw wing posted few photos of molten choc cake in her FB and asked her whereabout to eat it. She told me she went to Poco Homemade!

I wonder what is Poco Homemade and where is it? Of course without delay, I started to google the place! Finally found it, it is located in Bangsar, within a housing area. In fact the place is really secluded! Luckily with GPS, we did managed to found the place.

After called and confirming the place and availability of Molten Choc Cake, we decided to go there for home cook Japanese food for dinner! But when we arrived at the shop, the signage shown "Closed for Reservation"!! Puzzle puzzle... anyway I tried to call them again from outside of their shop to confirm the availability! This time the shop owner told me that it's actually full house! I told him, only 4 of us and he managed to get us a very corner table. It's near to the oven!!

As we were all craving for the molten choc cake, that's why we tolerate with the seat arranged. After we ordered our meals, of course same time, hubby was busy snapping pictures here and there so that I can post it in my blog... haha!!! The manager asked if we wanted to change our table, as there is 1 table available near the entrance! Yesh!! Of course we want, can you imagine sitting in front of the oven at the corner was so heaty!!!

The environment of the restaurant is really calm and welcoming! The decoration was lovely and heard it was all handmade by the owner!!

Here it comes our molten choc cake & taufu cheese cake!! We ordered 2 pc each of Molten Choc Cake & Taufu Cheese Cake! The Molten Choc Cake is really yummilicious!! Taufu Cheese cake... hmm.. the taste is really special, this is the first time I heard and taste the Taufu Cheese Cake! The top layer of the cake is made by Taufu (I assumed, as it really taste like you are eating taufu fah!!), the middle layer is cheese cake, it is not so cheesy, so I like it! And the bottom layer is cookies or biscuit! Overall, I prefer the molten choc cake more!! keke....

I had ordered some jelly juice but really sour, so I exchanged it with hubby's mango lassi... very special, as it is homemade, thus it's slightly less sugar compared to those you buy in supermarket! My main course is the chicken chop!

Hubby and my SIL had ordered the Japanese style Chicken Curry Set! Taste good though, but the portion is small!

My MIL ordered soya bean & Katsu Don!
As for my SIL, she ordered the Green Tea Soya Bean! She told us, it taste like green tea!! Haha.. good experience on tasting the homemade Japanese food!

Basically the restaurant was different from others where you usually dine! From the outer look of the restaurant to the interior design, it was nice and cosy, calm and welcoming!!

You can see bags and shirts are hanging around the restaurant! They are for sale!! All handmade and done by the owner's gf! Very special!!
Finally a jelly dessert for us!!

Total bill: RM 95.70

Overall, the food is just average, but the molten Choc & Taufu Cheese cake is special! Serving is really slow, as they cook one by one! But will definitely go back for Molten Choc Cake!!!

Gals, are you lemming for a sweet pinkish mouse? October is the yearly breast cancer awareness month, I believed lot of brands and company doing their part to show the supportive of this event!

This year, Microsoft had launched the sweet pinkish mouse which namely Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000. They are start selling it in US market from now until the end of Sept 2011 for U$ 40/pc. What's more is that for every piece of mouse they sold, Microsoft will be contributing U$ 4 donation to the Komen for the Cure Charitable fund!

Hope they will bring in and sell in Malaysia! I wish I can own 1 too....

Craziest Sunday

Today is a craziest day for me... woke up in the morning and rushed over to office to print out some documents which I needed to bring over to Jakarta trip. Then went to Shu Uemura MV to have my eyebrow trimming done by the eyebrow Queen - Lisa. After that head over to Pavillion for the RMK Workshop and finally to the airport heading to Jakarta!!

Talked about the RMK Workshop, well... this is the very first time I attended a workshop which we need to stand for the whole session! The make up artist - Nishimura san is cute! I love his skill of make up where he applied the NUDE look on the model!

Actually Miu had posted up the workshop when I was in Japan and she did emailed me to ask if I am interested, but I told her that I do not want to attend to this workshop due to the bad experience I had last year! Furthermore my fav BA was no longer working in RMK. But, when I reached home last week, I saw Miu posted about the workshop having additional session due to over-whelming response and what's more?! My fav BA - Lilian will be there! Quickly I called few of my friends who always loves to attend workshop to learn more beauty skills to see if they are interested and there we go... of course, all of them are so excited and I had booked for 6 of us to go together to the workshop!

Back to the workshop, after the teaching session by Nishimura san on the model of the day, we started off with make-over by the BA using the latest Autumn collection of eye shadow pallette! My make over was done by Lilian.... too bad no pictures allowed during the workshop, thus there is no pictures at all for this post except for my own pictures of after make-over.

In fact I love the make-over done by Lilian, it was nice! I will post up the photo after hubby send it to me, as I didn't bring the camera along with me for this trip!

Of course I will not go home empty handed, I bought myself a set of value buy which is RM 190 (included Cleansing Oil, Cleansing Soap & Skintuner) & RMK Fruit Barrier Cream - RM 180. Lilian told me that Fruits Barrier Cream is a good products and I should try it out! Will snap pictures of the haul when I am back in town next week.

Total damage for today is RM 370 - RM 50 = RM 320. The GWP is for first tier, which consists of mini size creamy soap, cleansing oil, make up base, make up pouch, mirror, eye gel(?) and many more. Actually I am not so sure about what I got, cuz right after the workshop, I rushed home and thrown everything on the sofa and quickly had my make up removed so rushed over to airport!

Haha... why do I go to airport? Sigh... I am currently writing this post from Jakarta! I will be in Jakarta for 5 days and move over to Surabaya for 2 days! Total 7 days business trip! Will be back in town only on 2nd evening!

Was supposed to depart from KLIA to Jakarta @ 9.30pm but there was a slight delayed due to the weather issue! Anyway, we touched down at Jakarta airport about 11pm (Jakarta Time), by the time we went thru the custom and collect our luggage, it was almost 12.15am! We reached hotel about 1am!

This is the craziest Sunday I had.... rushing here and there! Now my eyes are so red!! Perhaps because I am too tired? I am not sure... but definitely I feel so sleepy now... hahaha...

Okok... got to rest now and will stop here! Got to wake up at 7am to visit to my customer's factory tomorrow morning! Hope the discussion goes well and will be able to bring back good news!!!

Yokoso Japan!!

I know i know... I had been slacking for so many months!! I do not want blame it on my job, it's solely due to the laziness in myself!!

I had came over to Tokyo yesterday morning departing from KLIA and transited at KK. This is the first time I had opt for a transit flight to Japan, mainly due to the night flight was full for this couple of days! Anyway, my flight was at 9am from KLIA and reached Narita Airport at 7.30pm! Oh boy, I had basically wasted 1 whole day in the flight traveling from KL to Narita! Then it took me almost 2 hours from Narita Airport to Totsuka Station (a small town in Yokohama)!

Wonder why am I here again? This time I will be staying here for only 1 week and it will be in Yokohama & Tokyo only!

I went to Hakone this morning, it was a fun and tiring trip! Of course I have more pictures to share, but need to do some edit before posting the pictures! Hahaha... But trust me, the scenery in Hakone is fascinating!! Will share more on the trip in next post!

I will be going over to Gotemba Premium Outlet tomorrow then come back to Yokohama as we are planning to go to the China Town in Yokohama. Can't wait to go there and snap more pics to share with you gals!!

ciao for now... it's 12am! Need to wake up earlier tomorrow as will need to travel for almost 3 hours to go to Gotemba Premium Outlet!

Hey gals, I was supposed to post this on last weekend, but was slightly busy foya-ing until quite late with Tammy & Wing on Saturday after the Jurlique workshop... Anyway, Joey & Tammy did told me about this sale last week when I came back from Japan, so coincident I was free on Saturday morning, that's why I dropped by the place and have a look.

Lucky or Unlucky Day or BAD DAY!!?????

Today definitely not a lucky day for me.... as my precious car was being hit by a neighbour who stayed in a different condo block....

Well, for me, today is another 1 fine day indeed, went to work in morning as usual... having monday blue as usual, rushing for monday report as usual too.... everything happen after lunch where unusually things happened!

I received a call from hubby about 2.30pm, telling me that my MIL had called him and told him someone had hit my car at home and trying to escape from the crime scene! Lucky me as the guards who sitting at the guard house saw the incident! My car actually park very near to the guard house. The guard who witness the crime/accident had quickly snap picture of the car who hitted mine and report to their management office. At the same time they sent someone to my MIL's house to inform her that someone hit my car!!

I was so upset and felt so angry about it! As I thought my car will be safe at home.... who knows there is still accident happen!!! After I talked to my MIL, I really felt like going home to check out how is my car now.... however, managed to spoke with the management office and they told me my car was badly injured at the rear side, bumper fell down and the car position was moved! Lucky me, as the management office found me the phone number of the guy who hit my car.

When I called that guy and asked him how all this happened, he just tell me that he actually dropped something and trying to pick it up from the floor, when he trying to get back up, he accidently pressed the accelerator and the steering gone wild and hit my car!! OMG!!!!! I was really pissed, what a lame reason he gave me..... Then I asked if my car was badly hit?? Guess what he told me?? He said... no la... your car is just minor case, my own car was in bad shape! My front left side & door was badly hit!!!

Kns... when I reached home, I almost fainted when saw my car in this shape & position!!! Gosh!! After so many years, this is the first time my car injured so badly!!!!!

Anyway, there is nothing I can do nor I can changed what had already happen!

Here's how my car look like now... anyway, that malay guy told me he will be responsible and he will pay for the repair for my car... so I will send my car to ICU and hopefully when it return back to me.. it will be in it original parts & shape....

Rear bumper was fell down and hanging half on the car & another half on the floor!

To be more precise... exhaust pipe was broken too!!

Front skirting was being forced to hit the little rock divider and the skirting fell down too!!

Rear Lamp was broken too!!

Hubby's New Toy aka New GF!!!!

If you are planning to shop for a new camera, what are those questions pop up in your mind? Brands? Panasonic, Sony, Olympus, Canon, Nikon and many more.... Function? Reliability? Trendy? Design? Price? Next thing you might ask yourself, what type of camera do you want? DSLR? Point & Shot? or the latest GF1 or Pen???

All these questions was bothering hubby & myself since early March when we planning to get a new camera for ourselves! We were having so much hard time to decide what should we go for, point & shot? Canon S90 or G11? or even a basic DSLR?? As we are having limit budget on camera, that's why need to play within the limit and maximize it to get the best camera with our budget!

Where do we start? Of course we start at the upgraded version of point & shot which is Canon S90, reason being was it's handy and quite reasonable price. Then we moved on to Canon G11 where it's cool as it comes with DSLR like function where we can adjust the lens when shooting.

So coincident when we shopped for camera that time, Canon & Nikon was having promotion on their DSLR camera where for Canon you can get a basic DSLR camera with an extremely affordable price. Hmm.. we were tempted! Then my dad stopped us, saying that DSLR is too bulky to carry around and eventually it might become burden for us when we need to carry DSLR camera to do shopping! Why not try to carry 1 out when we go shopping then decide whether we want to go for DSLR type of camera!

Then we happily borrowed one of my dad's collection of DSLR back home! Happily carry it out for shopping on the next few days! Day 1, it was quite excited and fun as though we are using the DSLR and looks like professional photographer! Day 2 & 3, I personally started to feel it as a burden especially when I need to do shopping and carrying it on my shoulder/neck, then I decided to keep it inside my handbag, well it doesn't help much as it's heavy! Aaarrgghhh... then we decided DSLR probably not so suitable for our lifestyle!

We continued with out camera shopping, browsing online to check out what's the latest trend, reviews & so on!! We found Olympus PEN EP-L1 & Panasonic Lumix GF1!! Both are smaller & lighter type of DSLR liked function camera! Hmm... most importantly, this must be expensive, we both think! In fact after checked the price, we both went home sadly! Because it was so EXPENSIVE!!!!

Thought of giving up on buying camera and save it for later... we found that purchasing a Panasonic Lumix GF1 in Japan cost much cheaper compared to Malaysia! However, the only constraint is that they only available in Japanese language as it is meant for Japan market ONLY!!!

In conjunction of my Japan business trip, we finally decided to go for Panasonic Lumix GF1 and buy it from Japan!!! Good news is, they are currently having promotion, if you purchase Lumix G1 & GF1, you will get rebate for 5000 yen and if you are buying G2 & GH1, you will get 10,000yen rebate!! The camera itself already cheaper than KL and with this further promotion, we save even more!!! Muahahaha... so happy!!

okok... let me show you my package! I had chose the Lumix GF1 Pancake lens in RED color! The package comes with GF1 body, 20mm pancake lens, Lumix GF1 strap, battery, charger, lens bag & other cables. Then the same time, I also bought another lens of 14-45mm kit lens which will arrive next week.

After I got the camera, too excited and forgot to snap picture before opening the box.. hahaha... anyway, I went to Yodobashi to get the UV filter for pancake lens - 46mm (which we tried to search in KL, but most of the shop told us 46mm is irregular diameter, only unfamous manufacturer have it! Anyway, Kenko is like bro of Hoya, so I guess the quality should be good as well!), a screen protector & saw this cute Hello Kitty camera screen cloth, so I get it since I also need one! What is missing now?? A nice Camera Bag! That will have to wait till we found something we really like!!

Guessing how much I spent for this camera in total? Try to guess the price, don't be surprise that the price I am paying will definitely shock you!! ^_*

Business trip to Japan ~ Haul 1

Hello again from Japan...

It was quite some time since I last posted something. Pretty busy & lazy on blog posting due to busy work life which had strained all my energy. Furthermore, was pretty busy to arrange for my trip and preparing all the materials for meeting customers in Japan!

Anyway here I am in Osaka today! The weather make me felt so lazy to go out, as it's raining season now, basically raining from morning till night! That's why stay in the room and start doing some post!

Of course, beside the busy working hour, traveling had almost killed me on the last week. All the meeting place was so far away from Tokyo and some even need about 4 hrs by shinkansen + local train! There was one incident that when we taking the train in the evening rush hour at suburban area, the train was delayed for more than 1.5hrs. Later my customer told me it was because there was some accident happen between station. The next morning we found out it was someone suicide on the track. Probably due to hectic life in Japan that stress them out!

Well well... cut the crap, here of course I want to share a little haul from Osaka! Arrgghh, I know, but I only have time yesterday to do my shopping therapy!In fact this time, I do not have much things to buy, as the last time I came was just not long ago. But I did need to restock something.

However, for the past few months, I read about reviews on a special steam cream in Japan! The steam cream was not those we use before we go for steam bath! Muahaha... I thought that too in the beginning and later found out it is actually a body moisturizer/lotion. Without much further, here's the little shopping therapy I did in Osaka yesterday!

First day when I arrived in Tokyo, I noticed this new e-mook which was giving out Clover Camera as free gift, but didn't have time to stopby and browsing the contents. Yesterday was the first free day for me to shop around when I arrived in Osaka. Thus, first thing after breakfast, I head over to Kinokuniya @ Uemeda!

Here I grab a copy for myself! The little white camera reminded me of my childhood when we have this dummy camera and now we all using the digital camera with more automatic function.. haha... enjoy!!

Hey gals, sorry for the delayed on this Benefit’s event posting! I know I know, it’s because of laziness to blog due to the tiring worklife!

Anyway, here it is! The Benefit’s event which was organized for Plussizekitten.com to invite 7 of her blog readers! It’s a fun make up party cum the launching of their new products Spray & Don’t Stray!!

It was organized on the April Fool and it was rainy Friday evening, where as usual the traffic was so bad in town. It took me about 45mins to arrive Pavillion. The party started about 8.15pm, where 7 lucky readers were there prepared to have fun there! Each of us was given a party eye mask, consist of wild, sexy, single, bad, flirt, & tease.

I had choose the Wild eye mask! Look at me! Muahaha!! It was a fun party! At first I thought it’s just Benefit Cosmetics throwing Miu & her lucky readers a fun party, but then I realized I was wrong, as it’s not just merely a party for chic, it’s also their preview of their new product the "Spray & Don’t Stray” a stay put primer for concealer & eye-shadow that works from am – pm! What is that supposed to mean? It means this primer will stay from morning till night! Wow, sound wonderful, isn’t it??

Let’s the fun start! Benefits had arrange their handsome Regional Make up Artist – Mr. Matt Ng to guide us throughout the events on how we can play around with all their products, basically some useful small tips & tricks. As what Matt said, make up should be fun and there is no rules what and where u should use the products. You can actually mix and match the products!

I think Matt really had a magic hand! After he did a makeover lesson on the model – Carmen, the first impression for me is …. WOW!!! You have to trust what you see now! Matt had turned Carmen into a trendy hot chic in town! Probably Carmen can go for night out after the event as she is ready to go!

We were all giving chances to get our makeover done after Matt done for Carmen. There are few BA helping us and offer us for makeover session. Besides, we were all getting a free complimentary Brow Arch Service from the Benefit’s Brow Bar!

What is Brow Arch? It’s actually a brow wax! Wahhh…. Waxing on eyebrow? First impression, it must be painful!!! They are using Pearl wax where the ingredients are from San Francisco!!! All the way fly in from USA leh!!

After everyone getting their eye brow done. I was mingling around and saw a HUGE Polaroid! Wow… I got myself a photo with this Huge Polaroid too! Hehe….

The best part of this event is nonetheless – the goodie bag! I love Benefits so much! After all, they are not a usually GWP or PWP brand! But on the event day, they are giving out GWP to rewards the participants!! Hooray!! But sadly for me as I was on shopping ban! Anyway, I will go back to get my favourite – the Body Balm!

Had just bought the Spring Mag for June 2010 issue, it's mainly because of the Paul Smith small tote they gave with the mag! It's nice and lovely, since I do not have anything from Paul Smith yet, that's why called Kino when I saw the preview of mag online.

The bag comes with a little bag chain which can hang at the handle of bag! It's lovely yellow and the quality of the bag is quite decent. It's a thick canvas material.

Hey gals, Aramis & Designers Fragrances had organized Ascent Fragrances Event which the motto of the event is "Find Your Perfume Personality"! This is the first ever event launch in the country! I was so glad that I was invited to attend this media launch @ Pavillion yesterday morning.

They are having this event at Pavillion from 29th Apr ~ 5th May, this is on-going event which helps you to know more about the perfume that suits your personality! Wonder how they do it? They actually have a application installed in the ipod and start doing "quiz" to find out what suits you the most!

Once you are ready, the perfume specialist or consultant will guide you thru the quiz by answering or choosing the answer step by steps! You will start the quiz by selecting the photos that representing you or rather the photo that you love most! The step by step will lead you to the end of the quiz and you will be able to find out which type of personality you fall in. Now, they will tell you, which type of perfume (without telling you the name & brand of perfume) suits you. There are 3 types of personality ~ Casual, Sophisticated & Seductive! It can be any one type of personality or combination of either 2 of them.

I fall under the casual + sophisticated! They let me smell 3 types of different scents and I had chosen the one that I love most which they told me later that is the DNKY Be Delicious ~ The Fresh Blossom range.

Busy Day!!!

Today is really a busy day for me!! You might think that I am busy with works!! But, in fact today I am on leave! Had been out whole day since early morning.

What's the programs that kept me busy whole day? Wondering about it? Was out from 7.30am to 11pm!!! Went to Crocs Preview sale for Digi member @ 9.30am @ Ikano, then rushed over to Pavillion to attend the Aramis Event ~ Ascent "Find your Perfume Personality" @ 11am. After the event, had lunch with Tammy @ Pavillion and went shopping for clothes! Waited till 4pm to attend the Nine West Summer 2010 launching & birthday bash! Lastly met hubby at 6.40pm and head over to Ikano for crocs sale!!! But the traffic was so crazy!!! I was stucked in jammed for almost an hour!!

So, finally reached home @ 11pm! What a tiring day!

Well well, wonder what we did in the Aramis Event? I will upload photos and blog about the event tomorrow! Stay tune!!

男孩也好女孩也好，一起看看幾米的讀白吧......

1.很清楚的知道她不合適自己，可是更確定的是他不會主動說分手。他只是耗著等著，直到有一天女生自己受不了忽冷忽熱、若即若離的態度，或是等到年華老去不得不下決定時，自己選擇離開。妳的主動離開，我沒有負心，反而是尊重與成全妳的決定。

等到真的結婚後，愛情降了溫，才慢慢的發現其實妻子的身上有著許多前任女友的影子，他比較愛的人其實還是前任女友，可是他娶的卻不是她。

這樣的情節不知道是不是也在別處同樣上演著？

6. 學生時代的愛情很單純，出社會以後總想等工作穩定以後再結婚，工作穩定以後又想等有一點積蓄買車子、買房子以後再結婚，等著等著，等到愛情被時光給消磨，等到第三者介入點燃了對方心中激情的火苗，乾柴烈火不可收拾以後，曾經在年少一起織夢的理想全都抵擋不了新鮮感的激情，所以琵琶別抱，到最後步入禮堂的都不是在一起同甘共苦、共同經歷過寒、暑假，等當兵的人。

7. 所以奉勸各位女孩子，

如果對方真的是你想結婚的對象，不要想著有房子有車子有金子，有了一切再結婚。

現實是，等他有了一切，他的身價暴漲是有價值的單身貴族，他必需要面臨的是更多的誘惑，妳長久以來的等待與年輕時許下的山盟海誓都難以抵擋誘惑排山倒海的來。

就像我現在若不嫁他，非得等到他有車子有房子還有存款時再結婚，那時新娘有極高的可能不是我。

因為要等到什麼都有還要幾年？

有能力的男人就像酒愈久愈香醇，女人則像麵包一樣有賞味期限，青春是女人的天敵。

如果我是他，等到我三十五歲，什麼都有是個有上千萬身價的黃金單身漢，我並不需要一個很有能力而年過三十的女人來幫襯我，我寧可選個如花似玉，年輕貌美的女生，也許沒有什麼工作能力，至少發揮了賞心悅目的功能，一個真正有能力的男人，不會在乎一個女人是否能在他的財富上加乘。

一对青年，热恋很久以后结婚了。

一天，男的要给女的买戒指。走进商厦，一看那些琳琅满目的金银首饰，她犹豫了很久，吞吞吐吐地说：“我不要这个，给我买个呼机吧。”

那时候，传呼机还是比较新鲜的玩意，价格不比戒指便宜多少。男的听了有点意外，因为他知道女朋友是一向不赶时髦的。最后，在她的坚持下，男的就用买结婚戒指的钱买了一只漂亮的汉显呼机。

两人一回到新房，女的就把呼机别到了男的腰上，男的惊诧地问：“这个是送给你的，你怎么给我戴上了？”女人笑吟吟的，还带着点得意：“这样，我就可以随时找到你了！你答应我，不管什么时候，不管什么时间，不管你有多忙，只要我呼你，你一定得回我电话！”这天夜里，两个人在被窝里一遍遍地调试着呼机的响铃。他们觉得，生活就像这铃声，响亮、悦耳，充满着憧憬和希望。从这天开始，男的呼机常常会传来这样的信息：“老公，下班了买点菜回家。” “老公，我想你，我爱你。”“老公，晚上一起去妈妈家吃饭。”每次看到这些，他的心里便觉得十分温暖。只要可能，即使不需要回电话，他也会打个电话过去，听听她的声音。

有一次，男的忘了给传呼机换上电池，又恰好陪领导到基层，应酬到半夜才回到家，推开房门一看，他发现妻子早已哭红了眼睛。原来从丈夫下班的时间算起，她每隔一刻钟就呼他一次，他越不回她就越着急，总以为发生了什么以外，后来每隔十分种呼他一次，直到他推开家门，她刚把话筒放下。男的对妻子的小题大做有点不以为然：“我又不是小孩子，还能出什么事情？”妻子却说有一种预感，觉得他不回电话就不会回来了，男的拍拍妻子的脑袋，笑了：“傻瓜！”不过，从此以后他一直没有忘记在口袋里放一节备用电池。

以后丈夫升了职，有了钱，呼机也换成了手机。突然有一天，他想起欠着妻子的那枚戒指，便兴冲冲的拉着她去商厦。可到了那里，看着电视广告天天播放的白金钻戒，她又犹豫了，说：“给我买个手机吧。”丈夫问：“家里有电话，你又不经常出门，要手机干什么？”妻子说：“白金钻戒那么贵，套在手指上有什么用啊？那款手机我早看中了；再说，以后我要找你，就算你在厕所里，也能和我通话了。”说到这里，她得意洋洋的笑了。

那天，手机开通了短信息服务。他们一个在卧室，一个在客厅，互相发着短信息，玩得高兴极了。晚上，他收拢了笑容，一本正经地对她说：“以后不要随便给我打手机和发短信了，我经常开会，还有一些严肃的场合，老跟你聊私事不方便。”妻子一听不高兴了：“那我要找你怎么办啊？”“爱咋办咋办。”丈夫也有点不耐烦了：“我又不是小孩子，整天老找我干嘛？”

就在给妻子买手机后不久的一个夜里，丈夫和同事到另一个朋友家里玩牌，起初只是十元八元的彩头，后来越玩越大。正玩在兴头上，妻子用手机打来了电话：“你在哪里？怎么还不回家？”“我在同事家里玩牌。”“你什么时候回来？” “呆会儿吧。”

输了赢，赢了输，妻子的电话也打了一次又一次。外面下起了大雨，同事提议玩一个晚上，这时妻子的电话又响了： “你究竟在哪里？在干什么？快回来！” “没告诉你吗？我在同事家玩，下这么大的雨我怎么回去！”“那你告诉我你在什么地方，我来接你！”“不用了！”说完丈夫就把电话挂了。一起打牌的朋友见这光景，都嘲笑他“妻管严”，一气之下，他就把手机关了。

天亮了，他输得两手空空，朋友用车子把他送回家，不料家门紧锁着，开门一看，妻子不在家。也就在这时，电话响了，是岳母打来的，电话那头哭着说：她深夜冒着雨出来，骑着自行车，带着雨伞去他同事家找，找了一家又一家，路上出了车祸，再也没有醒来...........

丈夫这时候才想起打开手机。只见上面有一条未读的留言： “你忘记了吗？今天是我们的结婚周年纪念日呀！我去找你了宝贝，别乱跑，我带着伞哪！”她走在找他的路上，并且，永远不会再醒来了。丈夫泪流满面，一遍遍的看着这条短信息，他觉得那一个晚上他输了整个世界..........

Earth Day @ 22nd April 2010

In conjunction of the Earth Day on 22nd April 2010, I believed many stores and brand name are participating in the "Save the Earth" & "Go Green" Campaign!! Our earth is sick, temperature, climate and weather had changed, global warming are getting serious!! We must take our part to save the earth!!

There are several brand name out there are doing their part on the "Go Green" campaign. Let's see who are they:-

a) Precious Moment (PM)
This year, PM will do their part to save the earth by introducing the "Go Green" new Packaging. Where they will use up to 66% less styrofoam, using recycle materials for boxes, smaller box to reduce usage of fuel on shipping!!

b) Origins
Introducing the Green Shopping Bag which comes in 2 different designs. The Chicobag Shopping Bag @ RM 18 & Organic Shopping Tote @ RM 25. What's more?! Guess what, it was quite satisfying! My cousin sis love it so much!! And we top it up with the different colors of little stars!!

Ever since I fell in love with nail works, I usually utilize my weekend to practice and learn how to deco the nail in various way!

This is the work I did for my sis during last weekend using Etude House nail polish & sticker + the art pen to decorate her hand.

Where as for the toe nail, I am using Etude House Nail polish & Konad stamping to decorate, however, she called me and said the toe nail stamping doesn't last long as compared to sticker or art pen drawing!!

I found another great article, not sure about the source, as I received it in email from a friend of mine and would like to share with you gals! As many of you do not read Chinese, therefore I decided to translate the meaning into English on the following lines. I might not be good in translating, but I will try to at least explain the meaning of it!

習慣，就是時間累積而來的一種動作。(Habit, is a behavior that accumulated from time.)

早上，我總是走進7-eleven。走了走，東選西選，還是選回了每天吃的三明治。
(Every morning, I will walk into 7-11. Walk around to choose what I want for breakfast, but I still choose what I eat everyday ~ Sandwich!)

進到辦公室坐下後，總是開了機收信，然後放歌，看了看，上選下選，還是聽起了那首最愛聽的。

(When reached office, usually will switch on the CD player and started to listen to songs! Choosing what songs to listen to, but still pick my favorite song!)

開始寫程式前，總是洗了洗杯子走近飲水機，看著瓶瓶罐罐，最後還是拿了一包就走。

I had just done my nail moment ago before I put up my first post today about the first Konad job! Today, I wanted to try applying Konad Stamp by using different colors, however, I think I must make sure the color match is well done, otherwise, it seem like kinda awful!!

I like the butterfly with the flowers! However, I think the yellow & blue butterfly had make the nail look awful!! Grrr... will re-do when I am free!!

Today I am using Etude House as base color! Top with Konad stamp Plate M 54, M53 & M22!

I can only said that I am currently crazy about Konad! After bought the first Konad Stamping Starter Kit on last Thursday, I went back to the counter to get the Sponge Starter Kit as follow!! The Sponge Starter Kit also a fun kit, as it is really easy to apply and the result is really amazing!!

Can't wait to try on the sponge nail art after I reached home, as usual I tried it on!! However, I am not so good on stamping, had failed few times and it was so late during that time, so I just put on Etude House stickers which I bought recently during their 50% discount!!

2nd Konad Stamping Job

After I done my SIL's nail, immediately I tried on my own nail! Thought of trying different color of stamping, but seem like the attempt was not success! Most likely the blue color doesn't match with the glittery red base color. By the way, I am using the Konad Image Plate M2 & M3.

As you notice that I had just bought my first Konad kit on last Thursday! I can't wait to try it on last week, immediately I called my SIL to come over to try the Konad kit!!

Here's my job!!

What I used for this job, basically I applied the base coat, then follow by the matte pink and top with french style by using Anna Sui glitters. But instead of doing normal french style, I made a little modification by pulling the glitter curvy down to the bottom of the nail. Followed by Konad stamp! She had choose the ribbon which is from plate M3. After all done, I had added some rhine stone, mini gold pearl & flakes to decor on the nail.

Not to forget, if you do Konad Stamping, you will have to apply the Konad Top Coat! Of course, as usual I will top it up with my favorite quick dry top coat from Sally Hansen.

Finally, the pretty nail is ready!!! She loves it so much!!

New Toy from Hubby!!

Thanks to my lovely hubby who bought me this set of new toy from Konad!!! Now... No worries of drawing!! Hahaha... this is the Stamping Nail Art!! Where you will just need to apply the special nail polish on the plate and scrap it off and stamp it quickly on your nail! It's fun, easy & pretty!!! Will do some nail design this week and post to show you gals!!

I was actually browsing thru the Konad website for the last few days after seeing the cute stamping nail art on one of the blogspot. Thought of going to Puchong to check out their shop on this weekend. Then, hubby called me yesterday said he will be leaving office late and wanted me to go into The Garden to do window shopping while waiting for him. So while waiting, I did shop around Isetan, The Garden. Browsing at the shoes corner and found this new shop - Nail Bar at the end corner of the shoes department.

Well, I will just say that I am totally addicted to nail art now and will just check out all the nail counter I go to see if there is anything I want. Then I saw they are selling Konad Stamping Nail Art here!!! So excited!! Excited because Isetan Garden has their counter and I can buy here and collected Isetan points!! So I decided to come back on Saturday after attend the workshop in MV.

Hubby called and said he is ready to go and will meet me at Coach shop! When met him, I was so excited and can't wait to share with him about what I found in Isetan!! So he said go and have a look! Haha...

Recently was so busy, almost tied up with appointments every weekends! Wonder what I was busy with? Recently not so active in workshop until last week which I had attended the Smashbox workshop @ Parkson Pavillion!

The Garden Cafe @ The Curve

Went to The Curve last week with hubby for movie and were hunting for food! Frankly speaking, there are so many food outlet in The Curve, probably too many choice, it was so difficult to decide what to go for!

After discussed on what to eat, we saw this nice ambient and cosy place nearby Italiannies and decided to try it out!

There are 2 sections for the restaurant - the outdoor & indoor. The table decor is so lovely, there are small plants on each table! I heard they are all for sale too!

Flipped over the menu to choose what to eat! So many choices! Everything looks like very delicious & tasty too!

Finally, I choose the Mee Siam, hubby choose Black Pepper Chicken Chop & Wild Mushroom soup! We ordered Honey Lemon & Lychee Ice Blended!

Overall experience:-
Food ~ Delicious
Portion ~ Small
Drinks ~ Good
Soup ~ Good

Will definitely go back again! Haha... anyway, will be going there for dinner with hubby tonight too!

Couple CrocsBand!!!

Crocs... Guess everyone familiar with Crocs!! We saw this latest crocs shoes ~ CrocsBand before CNY and was so excited about it! Somehow, we tried to find it in most of the Crocs shop, they were out of stocks for most of the popular size!

Hubby got himself a pair of CrocsBand before CNY and I had ordered mine from Crocs Shop, MV! But was waited for almost 1 month and didn't heard any news from it! Then my bro called and told me there are still plenty of sizes available in KLCC, thus, we went over to KLCC to check it out! Haha... Lucky day! There are still 2 pairs available for my size! Trying here and there on the sizes to make sure the comfortability of wearing it!

This red color Crocsband is really sharp and outstanding!! Do you like it??!!! The cost of each pair is RM 139! The kiddy size also available at RM 129!!

Haha... recently I am really crazy about nail polish! It had became my toy! Had been shopping and adding my collection since Dec '10!! From few bottles of nail polish became a box of nail polishes & accessories! If you notice, I had also started NOTD post since Nov/Dec 09!!!

I love my new toy so much! Whenever I had time, I will start doing my nail, although I am still in learning stage and wish to learn more! Thanks to sister, SIL, cousin sis, aunts & friends who "borrow" me their precious nail to practice!! Muahahaha..... Also big thanks to Joey who taught me how to apply & deco my nails!

Etude house was having discount on nail stickers since Jan '10, most of the nail sticker & nail polish are on 50% discount! So I had grabbed almost all designs of nail stickers, sadly unable to grab any nail polish as I do not like the colors that are on sale!

Since then, I started to hunt on the nail polish, rhine stone & accessories!

Last week, I had just checked with Joey where can I get swarovski crystal and she asked me to check out at naga nail or sg. wang! Sg. Wang?? Wow... it's been quite some time since I last visited there! Probably have to check it out one of this day!

Anyway, last Wednesday I went to Smokehouse, Bangsar for dinner with hubby and dropped by The Gardens for ice-cream. We passed by Make Up Store, I noticed they are having 40% discount storewide until 28th Feb '10! So, I went in to check out their nail polish! Gosh, I saw that they are selling swarovki crystal as well! All 40% discount! So I had grabbed few colors as I am thinking to use it to decorate the polaroid camera hubby bought for me for x'mas!!

After blogged about the Starbucks Sakura collection in Japan, I had emailed my customer who are coming to KL on this Friday to ask him to get me those Sakura collection tumblers. I was so happy after he promised will get me those tumblers!

Then when I went for Premier of The Book of Eli @ The Curve with hubby on Monday evening, after collected the movie tickets, we walked over to Daiso and passed by Starbucks, hubby and I went into Starbucks to check if there is any Sakura Collection selling there! Guess what? We saw the Sakura Water Bottle selling there!! Hehe... Definitely I will grab one home!!

Steady Mag for March 2010 issue had already released week before CNY! This is the issue that I had been waiting for, as they are giving out Agnes B small tote with a keychain! I went over to collect my copies of Steady on last Saturday! haha... Can't wait to own the very lovely Agnes B bag!

I guess this is a good news for Agnes B's lover who had missed the Sept 2009 issue of Steady Mag which was giving out Agnes B Black small tote (exactly the same as this but in black color)!

Kanebo had launched the Milano Collection recently! Found out about this when I went shopping in Mid Valley after had my lunch with hubby (he already start worked yesterday!)

When I was looking and try to figure out what is that, the SA approached me and told me it is a limited edition loose powder. She showed me the picture of the content. Day Trip to HK via Macau!!

Hong Kong!!! I guess most of us love Hong Kong! Shopping Heaven for Gals!! But I am a bit sad as I do not have enough time to explore the places I wanted to go! Just a very short day trip for this time! Will make sure hubby bring me back again! Kakaka... perhaps a pure shopping trip will do!

This is Day 2 of our Macau trip! We decided day before departure to Macau that we are going to HK! When we arrived at Macau, of course, most important thing is to make sure there is ticket available for Macau - HK, so we headed straight to the ticket counter in the Hotel and bought 4 tickets to HK on the next day.

I thought it would be a sunny day! However, when we arrived at the ferry terminal, I heard the announcement made which telling the passengers that all ferry to HK will be delay for 3o mins due to bad weather! I was like... what?? Bad weather?? Well well... actual fact, the visible level on the sea is really low! No choice... got to wait for another 30 mins! I was waiting patiently!

Finally, we heard another announcement saying that it's now ready for boarding! Quickly we prepare to go on board!!

After an hour journey on the sea, we finally arrived at Hong Kong! Came out from the terminal, we were looking for train station! Looking high & low, and found the Sheung Wan Station outside the terminal!
We headed to the help desk and asked for the tourist day pass which cost us HKD55/pax for unlimited restricted ride in HK.
First we went to Central (中环), as there are a lot of branded shops, business districts & tourists, I guess! As we came out from the station and turned to our right, we saw the HUGE LV shop just opposite of us!! Wah!! Really HUGE!!!! Walked further, I saw my favorite store, Marks & Spencers and others!!

After done with walking around at the Central, we took off again and followed with the next destination at Causeway Bay! Hmm... my target place is Times Square!!! Why Times Square? Aiyoo.. because Agnes B & Jill Stuart are here!!

Jill Stuart is located at the lower ground of Times Square! But this time, I really control myself and keep telling don't buy don't buy! Muahahaha!! Cuz I had other things that I really leaming for!! So, we just shop around, check on the price and walked out from the store! Thought will go back to get their perfume, but didn't make it due to time constraint!

After walking around, it's time for us to hunt for food! Look at the time, it's already 1pm! No wonder our stomach were making loud noise! Muahaha...

We walked around and saw there was a very long Q at this restaurant! They are selling roasted goose! Oh boy... Roasted Goose! My favorite!!! So I told my hubby that I want to eat here! Look at the long Q, sure nice 1!!! We follow the Q and took number! I think we waited about 10mins!

They had Poon Choi menu for take away for CNY!!! Look Yummy!! But very expensive!!

Overall dining experience: The Roasted Goose tasted like Roasted Duck! Muahahaha! But it's nice! I don't like the tea, taste weird, but hubby told me it's the same taste in KL!

Ding ding Bus?! Or track bus!! Of course this is a MUST experience for newbie!

After lunch, we continue our mission of window shopping! Went in to Times Square again for photo session! The CNY deco is quite special! My SIL told me it was published in China Press Msia few days before we went to Macau! This CNY deco is in conjunction of Valentine's Day!

As we walked around, I saw Agnes B Cafe!! But we were all full, that's why didn't stop by for dessert or coffee! But, of course I will not missed a chance to went into their shop!

Here is the most famous street, the Ladies market (女人街）! I think it is something like Petaling Street! They had all this small stalls along the road side, make sure you know how to bargain well before you want to buy something! Bargaining skills are really important here! It was so crowded! Peoples are everywhere!!

When we arrived at the Avenue, it was almost dawn! Just nice to snap photo before the light-up!

No doubt this was a tiring trip! But it was a good experience! I did enjoyed it a lot! Hurrying here and there to make sure we had enjoy the fullness!

This is the hotel we stayed during our trip in Macau! It was a good hotel! But a bit disappointed with the outside view of my window! As certain part/side of the hotel are renovating, thus there were some blockage of view! Anyway, here's some photos for viewing!

As we stayed in Grand Emperor Hotel, Macau, upon checked in to Hotel, they gave us HKD300 voucher per room for our stay, which we can redeem it with dinner or spa! As we do not have much time spend in spa, thus, we utilized it with our dinner!

First night in Macau, we had our dinner in the Japanese Buffet Restaurant in Grand Emperor Hotel! The Majestic Japanese Restaurant! If I am not mistaken, buffet dinner are charged HKD 180++/pax. Thus after deducting the vouchers of HKD600, we need to pay HKD 250.

The food was served as per order, unlike those normal buffet style where you will need to pick your food at the counter by yourself. In this restaurant, you will choose the food from the lists and they will made to order and served.

Overall dining experience, was good, but I think the portian a bit small and somehow the waitress attitude was a bit cold! They are not as welcoming though!

Finally, the Macau Trip updates!

Sorry for keep you gals waiting for the updates! Was trying to load the pictures but due to busy schedule for CNY preparation, it was delayed till today.

Let me refresh a bit of your memory, I went to Macau with my hubby, SIL & MIL, early Feb 2010, in conjunction of the celebration of the 13th Anniversary with my hubby!! No doubt it was a pleasant trip, but it was too hurry! As we also went to HK on day 2 for a day trip, because both of us never been to HK yet.

We actually went on 31st Jan early morning flight! Arriving Macau @ 10.30am by Air Asia!

After we claimed our luggage, we headed straight to the shutter bus station to take the shutter bus to our hotel! As it was still too early to check in, thus after we arrived in Hotel, we headed to the concierge counter to leave our luggage and started the city explore in Macau!

Same as in HK, basically you will see this jewelry shop - Chow Tai Hook all over the streets! Probably more than 5 shops along a same streets!

We walked from hotel to the famous of "Ruins of St. Paul's"~ 大三巴!

On the way, we passed by most of the famous buildings, streets & shops!

Most of the places started the CNY decorations, although they are still constructing and all the decos are so cute!!!

This is the Holy House of Mercy!! It's actually a museum too! It was built back in year 1569!

One thing you can never missed when you are in Macau! The souvenirs of Macau, which is their Almond Cookies & Portuguese Egg Tarts!! Yummy yummy, I personally love their egg tarts!! Wanted to buy it back, but scared it will not be nice as it must serve fresh!!!

This is another food of fame in Macau! The Yi-Soon Milk Company? Muahaha, this is of course a direct translation! Well, they are selling all kinds of milk products. Steam Milk is their specialty! But make sure served while HOT! As it taste weird when serve cold! They also selling famous Pork Bun! I personally think it is a bit dry to eat! No doubt it taste special! This shop is one of the famous oldest shop selling Steam Milk in Macau!! Heard they also have branch in HK!
As the shop is very small, there are limitation of every table served! Meaning if the table are meant for 4 pax, even you come in a pair and sit on table of 4, you will have to share table with others! Well, we are lucky enough, as when we stepped in, the crowd was almost cleared and we do not have to Q for seats! Somehow, minutes after we ordered, the crowded started to build up and they have to wait for more than 2omins to be served!

Hubby loves collecting Hard Rock Cafe Shirt! Thus, usually I will get 1 for him everywhere I travel!

As you can see from the outside of the Hotel, it's really high class! Muahaha! Too expensive to stay there and actually I find it a bit far if you wanted to travel to town!! But guess what??!!! I love the shopping in there! They had so many branded shops in the hotel!!

After The Venetian trip, we are back in town again! It was about 10.30pm, thus, we took the chance to walk around the city. Grand Lisboa & Wynn are nearby the hotel I stayed! Snap some photos!

Opps... The City of Dream! New place to Hang out! Actually they have shutter bus around the Macau Town to pick up customers to come to The City of Dream! We actually took the shutter bus to drop by The City of Dream and walked over to The Venetian! Nevertheless, there are so many branded shops here!

Hubby got me this mug for Tiger Year! This is a new launch from Starbuck's Malaysia! In fact, I saw this mug early Jan at Starbuck's Cap Square, then when I wanted to buy it last week, they already sold out! I was sad for a while then called my hubby told him about it! Guess what, hehe... he got me 1 from Starbuck's Uptown when we went to bank last week!

I had been in love with Shu Uemura since July 2009 when I started to use their Super Duper Star Product ~ The Cleansing Oil!!! Ever since then, I keep my step follow closely on their new collection!

The last collection was the Tsumori Chisato, I am pretty sure most of you gals already got your handful haul from Tsumori Chisato range!

The latest spring 2010 collection is featuring more icy-looking babe!

I love the Spring collection! I saw this collection when I was in Macau! Already fallen in love with it! But it's not available in all stores or rather said most of them are running out of stocks. Furthermore, it's slight more expensive in price compared to Malaysia. So I had decided to wait till it launch in Malaysia.

Yesterday I went to Isetan KLCC with Joey and saw this collection when passed by Shu counter. So tempted and I couldn't resist myself to try on the new colors. Holiday in Macau with my Lovely Hubby!

Hey gals, just a short note here today as I am heading to LCCT soon to catch the morning flight to Macau for holiday with my lovely hubby!! This is our first trip to Macau and it's a anniversary pressie from my hubby as 2nd of Feb is our anniversary for ROM!

I am so happy to have this trip arranged and we can spend our anniversary in Macau! This will be a relaxing yet adventurous trip, therefore I will not bring my notebook (my energy saver!) with me to Macau! Thus only able to update info after I come back home!

Haha... too happy now! More than words can say now!!
