Gusttimo Ice-Cream @ ION Orchard

Luxury indulgence! haha...! I saw Gusttimo Ice-cream shop when I was in ION Orchard. I saw long Q and wonder if it's nice! As the price is not cheap for ice-cream! Well, probably not so expensive, but converted to RM, I personally think it's quite pricey!

Here's the name card of the shop!

I bought 4 scopes of ice-cream, they scope each of the flavor I choose and put it into a cup and top with a cone! I choose Mint, Mango, Green Apple & Wine! After trying, I think Wine & Mint are nice! Green Apple a bit sour & Mango is too sweet!!

MUST TRY!!! They had whole lot more of other flavor to choose from!

Rochor Original Beancurd

My bro told me when we reached Sg that he will takes me to a place where they sell beancurd after our retail therapy. I thought it will be something like probably around 9pm or 10pm. So I didn't ask much about it!

We shopped until about 11pm only went back to my aunt's place in Toa Payoh! After took my shower and started to snap photos of my haul on day 1 in Sg, my bro asked if I am ready? Of course I will asked him why? where he wanna go?? He said go eat Tau fu fah!! That was about 12.15am in the morning!!!!!

We drove from Toa Payoh and heading to Orchard Road by car! Gosh!!! I cannot believed that it's still so crowded in Orchard Road about 1am!

haha... okok... where is the Tau fu fah shop?? It's nearby Plaza Singapore!! It's at one of the street, it's quite secluded! We also make few round to find the shop! When we found the shop, it was quite surprised to me as the Q was so LONGGGGGGGG!!! I mean real Long!!!! The cars were parking along the street outside the shop! Photo will become evidence of the above statement!

Shop selling Tau Fu Fah in the night!
Customers Q-ing to wait for their turn to order the Tau Fu Fah!!
The seating outside the shop, along the side street, behind the shop & upstair of the shop!
Our food & drinks

I ordered 5 Tau Fu Fah + 2 Soya Beans Drinks + 4 Yao Zha Guai + Ham Zim Peng. Total S$ 9.50.

Tau Fu Fah: Nice, a bit sweet
Soya Bean Drink: normal!
Yao Zha Guai: Crispy

Chicken Rice Ball @ Toa Payoh

After arrived in Singapore, my dad went to Tuas industrial park to buy the instruments & accessories he needs for work! Then we headed straight to Toa Payoh at around 12.30pm! Everyone of us felt so hungry and of course we won't missed the Chicken rice ball in Toa Payoh! One of my favorite spot for chicken rice! It's at Toa Payoh Lorong 1! Don't remember the block number but will definitely check it out with my cousin sister and update the info later.

Coffee shop where the Chicken Rice stall located
Long Q, the Q continue after me!

Is the shop famous? Hmm.. I think it's famous, cuz even the TV Programme in Singapore also interviewed them before! Usually the Q very long especially during lunch hour! This time, the tauke soo was really nice as she let me ordered 20pc of rice ball with 1 whole chicken!

Half steam chicken & half roasted chicken
Rice Ball ~ Really big and filling!
Each of us ate about 3pc!

The meals cost us S$ 59.80 for 7 adults + 1 kid!

New Year trip to Sg with family!!

Went to Sg with my family yesterday for a real short trip as my dad wanna buy some instrument for work! As we wanted to avoid traffic jam during this peak season, thus we planned our trip 1 day ahead of the bad traffic and started our journey at 6am on 31st Dec 09 and come back on 1st Jan 2010!!

We went to Yong Peng town for breakfast before entering into Singapore. The fish ball noodles in this shop is really nice! The fish ball really "Q" and the price of the food is reasonable! When we were waiting for the noodles to be ready to serve, my nephew saw the lorry bringing in a lot of durians and he kept shouting "durian durian, I want durian!"

I was like... huh? Durian in for breakfast??!! haha... anyway, my brother bought 3 for us to try on, it cost us RM 25. The taste of durian is delicious! But it's kinda weird to have durian for breakfast!

Here is the pictures of noodles we ate! I think I had also snapped the picture of the shop with another camera, got to check it tomorrow when I go back home!

Full table of noodles, fish cake & Otak-otak!
Durian as starter for breakfast!
Love the Otak-Otak! It's delicious & fresh!
It's cheap! RM 6 for take away & RM 8 for dine-in.
I ordered dry Lou Shu Fan!

After finish our breakfast, we continued our journey to Singapore!

CURE Natural Aqua Gel

I was supposed to buy the CURE Natural Aqua Gel when I was in Japan, as it was highly recommended by Wing & Miu. Somehow, I found it was expensive compared to the price in Singapore where Miu paid for S$ 38 (RM 93/bottle) and it was priced at 2625 yen (RM 110/bottle). Of course, when I was in Singapore end of Nov, I grabbed 1 bottle in Watson!

I think everyone will be asking the same question I will ask, what is it for? What is the benefits of it? Does it really effective?

Here it comes a little introduction of the products. Heard it was selling great in Japan. Sold 1 bottle every 20 seconds in Japan. It is made of 90% water and extract from natural plants extract from aloe vera, rosemary & ginko. What's most important is that Cure Natural Aqua Gel is free from preservative, fragrance, artificial coloring and alcohol!

The Cure Natural Aqua gel is very gentle and natural exfoliator which removed dead skin instantly! You can see the instant results after application. I see the instant results myself!!!

How to use Cure?
Step 1: Wash your face with cleanser and dry well.
Step 2: Pump a small amount of Cure to be applied on the desire area.
Leave it on the face for a few seconds for Cure to react with the dead skin cells.
Step 3: Gently massage in a circular motion for 30 seconds to 1 mins. The Gel will turned into milky liquid and
white particles of dead skin cells can be seen as they are lifted off the skin.
Step 4: Rinse well with water. Your skin feels smoother and is ready for moisturizing.

I had tried to use it on my knee where I had really dry skin since I came back from Japan. I think most likely because of the dryness in Japan and I can feels my knees were rough! After 3 times I had used Cure Aqua Gel, it's now back to normal! I can feel the smoothness now! Thanks to Cure!! Love it so much! Now I know why they called it "Facial in a Bottle!!"

Singapore Trips with Hubby!!

As it was a long weekend holiday last week, hubby, me & my sis in law went to Singapore to spend our weekend there and do some X'mas shopping!

We went there on Thursday night and came back on Sunday night. As three of us were working on Thursday (I was supposed to be on leave, but I went in to office in the afternoon for a small meeting), it was actually quite rush as the flight was at 9.15pm. We reached LCCT at about 7.30pm and it was a long Q on the check-in counter! It took us about 30 ~ 45mins to check in our luggage and 3 of us were starving!!!

We headed straight to Mc D to grab our dinner and rush into custom and waiting hall.

On the first day, we woke up about 9am and get ready for breakfast! We ate this delicious wantan mee nearby the market I stayed in Toa Payoh! It was delicious and cheap! This plate of wantan mee cost S$ 1.50. Special discount as there wasn't much left and they even offer extra noodles! hahaha... We were quite happy! The owner is from Ipoh!!!

After breakfast, we head straight to Bugis Junction. As usually most of the shopping mall in Singapore already been decorated with X'mas trees and they are so pretty!! When shopping around Bugis Junction, I spotted this Organic Soap stall, where they are selling organic soap and it's in cake shape! Smell real good! Actually no photos allowed, but my hubby managed to snap few so that I can show it to my readers.

Since I had renewed my members in Sept/Oct 09, they had informed me that I can collect my figurine & membership card anytime as they are all ready! Another good news I heard from Pei yu (SA of PM), PM is having promotion on last weekend, where members will be enjoying 10% + 7% discount on all figurines & products in store (except for promo items). Well well... of course I will not let go this great opportunity to haul my fav figurines & X'mas pressie!

Hmm... this time I didn't haul as much as I expected, as I am kinda out of budget! Hahaha... cuz just came back from Japan where I had not recover my fund yet! Thus unable to fully enjoy my shopping desire in PM! Anyway, I am very happy with my haul!!!
